What does Pass Plus cover...?
The course lasts 6 hours and can either be taken in 2 sessions of 3 hours or 1 session of 6 hours with rest breaks.
You receive a free 50 page Pupil’s Guide book with the course
Course sessions are held in the mornings, afternoons and evenings, - you can take the whole course in 1 day or over 2 days or evenings. You don’t take a test at the end, instead you will be assessed and awarded a Pass Plus certificate.
Designed by the Driving Standards Agency, the training syllabus gives you driving experience that you wont have had on your driving lessons.
You will experience most of the elements outlined in the modules including driving
at night. Most of the teaching is done on the move, however some elements such as
snow or fog will be covered in theory.
Once you have completed the course you will
be awarded the Pass Plus certificate, which is issued by the DSA.
You will also be entitled to discounts with participating insurance companies - see
the insurance page for details.
Pass Plus is available throughout the U.K. Except Northern Ireland
Pass Plus courses in Wales cost £20 to Wales residents.
